Essential Mind Training

Geshe Thupten Jinpa,

This volume contains eighteen individual works selected from Mind Training: The Great Collection, the first volume of the historic Library of Tibetan Classics. This earliest collection of mind-training (lojong) literature includes lesser-known as well as renowned classics such as Eight Verses on Mind Training and The Seven-Point Mind Training.
